lovely, lovely, lovely
The views of the Bay from my Two-Bedroom Suite with Terrace and Sea View were amazing, great to enjoy the lively atmosphere right from our balcony. Each morning, the extensive breakfast buffet featured a good mix of traditional Montenegrin dishes, which quickly became a highlight of our stay. The location was perfect for exploring local cafes and shops, just a stone's throw from the vibrant marina and Porto Montenegro.
recommend 😊❤️

I expected at least a complimentary gesture after arriving to dirty bathroom counters. The breakfast did not cater to my refined tastes, either. Truth be told, I almost gave a good review, but I just couldn't.

The hotel is located in a prime downtown location overlooking the sea. The hotel is quite old and needs to be renovated .Housekeeping Service was excellent. The waiters did not meet my expectations. Reception was not familiar with my reservation. Staff does not speak English

Very good value for money. Big room, air conditioning and separate heating, fridge and desk in room, room faced attractive harbour. Personal service at breakfast. Good free wi fi internet in the whole village. Lots of restaurants close by for all budgets. Very close to the marina. 24 hour desk reception. Price quoted was price paid.
A bit dated in the interior, but perfectly adequate. Not many activities available apart from walking, local scenery.

The hotel is located just on the embankment of the sea, the center of the sea, and is surrounded with couple of nice places to eat out
Except for the location everything else was disappointing. The hotel was old and so was everything in the room. In the beginning we could find a free socket neither in the room nor in the bathroom. Then it turned out to be behind the bed. The bathroom was a disaster. All the equipment was old. It was a challenge to take shower as it was hard to catch cold water, especially in the morning. No matter how hard u try, u will end up with hot water or even boiling water if u r less lucky. Breakfast was very boring, and there was no choice as there was neither buffet nor a-la carte. An old waiter offered us something from his head which was eggs. Internet was only in the cafe down the hotel. In the end the recepcionist couldnt even book a taxi for us for the next morning, we had to wake up early and make in the morning.and we left without breakfast cos they didnt prepare the packed food as we were leaving at 5 A.M.

Only location was perfect nothing else.
It was a horrible dirty and extremely old bath and curtain bath, as it was impossible to take a shower in it.

perfect base for exploring in tivat's vibrant heart
just a short stroll from the marina and nearby parks, I loved the easy access to the Island of Flowers and the Maritime Heritage Collection, both offering beautiful vistas and a glimpse into the local culture.

Lovely bay views, ample room space, inviting terrace for dining
Gym facilities could use an update!!! Air conditioning performance inconsistent at times!!! Taxi service overpriced and unreliable compared to local options!!! Bathroom lighting needs improvement for better functionality!!!

Stayed for one night, so I do not have a complete picture. But these are my impressions the Pine is average hotel, where you can stay for not more than 1-2 nights. And Tivat, in my opinion is not a place a beach holiday, but it is good a trend for boaters and lovers spend all their time walking on the sea.
